My daughter stumbled upon Wanda on tik tok and was so impressed with her professionalism that she advised me to speak with her. The land I was looking to sell had been on the market for over 10 years with no prospect of a buyer. I went through three realtors with no luck. Thank God my contract with the previous agent had just expired, and I was able to work with Wanda. She made sure to list the property on all sites and even made a video of the land. She advised me to have the grass cut and to paint the wall that lined the property. When that was done, she had photos and drone videos taken of the property. All this was helpful in finding a potential buyer. Happy to say that the land was officially sold thanks to Wanda. Her attentiveness, hard work and determination is unmatched!
