I found Wanda by chance on tiktok @wandamongerealestate That was the biggest blessing I could have asked for. Her energy was infectious and she put so much heart into her showings of homes in Puerto Rico. Our case was complicated and needed so much guidance. I highly recommend Wanda Monge.  She truly is the best real estate agent I've worked with in Puerto Rico.  Her honesty, knowledge, and work ethic are the things you are constantly impressed with while working with her. Navigating the Puerto Rico real estate market is not easy.  It's a combination of old world laws with a new generation of buyers and sellers.  And Wanda is embracing all aspects from social media marketing, in-person open houses, properly staging homes, 3D tours, making videos, and more.   She was curious, inventive, and passionate about trying new ways to sell our home while maximizing the results.  We will use Wanda again in the future!

My daughter stumbled upon Wanda on tik tok and was so impressed with her professionalism that she advised me to speak with her. The land I was looking to sell had been on the market for over 10 years with no prospect of a buyer. I went through three realtors with no luck. Thank God my contract with the previous agent had just expired, and I was able to work with Wanda. She made sure to list the property on all sites and even made a video of the land. She advised me to have the grass cut and to paint the wall that lined the property. When that was done, she had photos and drone videos taken of the property. All this was helpful in finding a potential buyer. Happy to say that the land was officially sold thanks to Wanda. Her attentiveness, hard work and determination is unmatched! Looking forward to working with her again in the future as I have another property to sell.  She's not only very professional but also very sweet. She cares about the people she's working with.

From the moment she approached me and said the calming words "Don't worry, I will help you through this" the experience has been nothing but positive.
